VitaProof® is a high-fidelity DNA polymerase that exhibits a 3’-5’ exonuclease activity. This feature allows the removal of falsely incorporated nucleotides making VitaProof® the ideal choice for applications that require an elevated level of fidelity.
VitaProof® PCR Kit contains VitaProof® DNA Polymerase and an optimized 10X Reaction Buffer for maximum flexibility regarding the reaction setup.
