The enzyme has a 5’-3’ polymerase activity and low 5’-3’ exonuclease activity. Together with the 10X Reaction Buffer, it can work with a broad variety templates and provides robust and reliable amplification results.

VitaTaq® PCR Kit contains VitaTaq® DNA Polymerase and an optimized 10X Reaction Buffer for maximum flexibility regarding the reaction setup.
