PhoenixDx® SARS-CoV-2 Multiplex V2 detects two different target sequences highly specific for SARS-CoV-2 (Orf1ab and N Gene) in different detection channels and a sequence specific for human RNA (RNAse P) serving as a human extraction control (HEC). Additionally, a non-infectious target positive control (TPC) is included in the kit.

PhoenixDx® SARS-CoV-2 Multiplex V2 is compatible with every qPCR cycler with calibrated Cy5, ROX, and FAM™ channel. The PCR reagents have been validated on Applied Biosystems QuantStudio 5 & 7 qPCR devices, Viia 7, ABI 7500 and 7500 Fast, Biorad CFX and Qiagen Rotorgene.
