PhoenixDx® RT-qPCR Kit – Performance contains everything needed for a successful RT-PCR experiment. The 2X qPCR Mix contains dNTPs and an optimized buffer formulation to provide the right environment for successful reverse transcription and PCR amplification in one reaction. The 20X RT Enzyme Mix provides the enzymes for RT-PCR: VitaScript® Reverse Transcriptase for precise and sensitive reverse transcription of RNA to cDNA and VitaTaq® DNA Polymerase for fast and reliable amplification of your sequence of interest. Procomcure’s proprietary HotStart antibody grants full control over the reaction start and protects the enzymes under harsh reaction conditions.

PhoenixDx® RT-qPCR Kit – Performance is optimized for fast amplification and multiplex applications making it the best option when high throughput is required.The reverse transcription reaction uses a novel VitaScript® Reverse Transcriptase with increased performance, specificity and reduced RNAse H activity.

In 1Step-RT-PCR, reverse transcription and PCR amplification are combined in 1 reaction granting several advantages:

PhoenixDx® SARS-CoV-2 Multiplex IVD (CE IVD)

PHOENIXDX® SARS-COV-2 MULTIPLEX IVD detects the presence of 2 different and highly specific gene sequences of corona viruses and one sequence specific for human RNA serving as a human extraction control (HEC). Additionally, a non-infectious target positive control (TPC) is included. The positive control is used to confirm functionality of the assays and overall PCR performance, the human extraction control is to evaluate the quality of the RNA isolation independently from the SARS-CoV-2 assays in a different detection channel.

1Step Magic Probe Kit is a one-step solution for the quantitative analysis of RNA. The 2X qPCR mastermix contains all components necessary for a qPCR experiment: Hotstart DNA polymerase, dNTPs (with a blend of dTTP and dUTP to allow for the digestion with UNG), and a passive reference dye, all supplied in a reaction buffer optimized for selective amplification of target sequences. For the conversion of RNA to cDNA before the amplification, VitaScript Reverse Transcriptase is provided as a 50X solution.
The 1Step formulation is a convenient solution as handling steps and hands-on time are reduced. Thereby, reproducibility and throughput are increased
