Vita High Fidelity Kit provides a flexible and efficient solution for PCR applications that require a high level of fidelity. The kit provides highly efficient amplification (even for templates with up to 65% GC content) and high yields while being > 20 times more accurate than Taq Polymerase. Due to the modification to B polymerase, PCR with Vita High Fidelity Kit is not only accurate but also fast and allows for amplification of long templates up to 20 kb.

Vita High Fidelity Kit comes with 150 / 300 µl PCR-grade dNTPs (10 mM each).
